  Tonight on "Hannity", Sean takes a look at the devastating CBO report critical of the Democrats' health care legislation.  The scathing assessment has many Democrats speaking out against the bill and Republicans are looking to capitalize on this momentum.  Joining Sean at the top of the hour will be Governor Mike Huckabee.

  Do you want the good news or the bad news first?  Well, the bad news is for President Obama... his approval numbers are tanking.  And the good news is for Governor Sarah Palin, whose favoribility numbers remain strong when compared to the other 2012 GOP contenders.  S.E. Cupp and Kimberly Guilfoyle will join Sean to take a closer look at the new polls.

  And tonight marks the start of a brand new Friday night segment on "Hannity".  It's called The Sleep-in Sunday Panel and each week will be comprised of political heavyweights who will debate the most pressing political issues of the week.  Be sure to watch tonight so you don't need to wake up early on Sunday!

  Tonight's Briefing Material

  Tonight Sean will kick things off with former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich.  They will talk in-depth about the extra taxes millions of Americans will be paying thanks to the president's health care proposal.  For New York residents out there, check out the article in today's New York Post that outlines in frightening detail the cost of Obama-care.

  Then Karl Rove joins Sean with details on the broken promises made by President Obama when it comes to his economic stimulus.  Be sure to read Karl's article in today's Wall Street Journal.

  Also on today's show will be New Haven fireman Frank Ricci, who just this afternoon testified at the confirmation hearing of Judge Sonia Sotomayor.

  Judge Sonia Sotomayor appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee today.  Democrats were quick to praise her track record, but some Republicans took her to task for comments she recently made off the bench in recent years.  We'll have a complete rundown on all today's happenings, including details on the protesters that interrupted this afternoon's proceeding with two of the brightest legal minds in the country David Boies and Jay Sekulow.

  Talk about a reversal... The Obama administration is now considering appointing a special prosecutor to go after ex-Bush administration officials.  Sean will ask Liz Cheney all about these latest developments.  Also - be sure to check out Liz's op-ed in this morning's Wall Street Journal.

  The work week is almost over, but before the weekend kicks off, we have a jam-packed lineup tonight on "Hannity".

  Sean will kick things off with Karl Rove to talk about a controversy that could derail the Democrats' hopes for a second stimulus.  It all stems from a pet project that Nancy Pelosi and her pals on the Hill denied would be funded by the stimulus.  For complete details on this story click here.

  It appears that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is jealous of all the attention Sonia Sotomayor is getting, because she stole some headlines from her this week.  A recently published New York Times article includes a shocking quote from the liberal Justice that has some suggesting she may believe in eugenics.  The one and only Mike Huckabee sits down with Sean to share his reaction to this story.

  And before we get to the captivating Conspiracy Theory Month kickoff, as detailed in a previous blog post... One of the most outspoken wide receivers in NFL history sits down with Sean to talk about his latest project.  He is former Super Bowl Champion Keyshawn Johnson and believe it or not, he's now turning his attention from football to interior design!
